Direct primary off-plan acquisitions facilitated by Haven & Key carry 0% buyer brokerage commission. Advisory compensation is handled directly through master developer institutional marketing frameworks as registered in the Dubai Land Department registry.
3. Financial Projections & Yield Estimates
All cash flow simulations, gross rental yield projections, and 5-year internal rate of return (IRR) figures displayed on this website or in advisory reports and brochures represent professional financial models based on historical Dubai Land Department secondary transaction registries. Realized returns may vary depending on macroeconomic conditions, handover timelines, and secondary leasing dynamics.
4. Licensed Personnel
Every advisor at Haven & Key holds an active Broker Registration Number (BRN) issued by the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA). Verification can be conducted at any time on the official Dubai REST portal or Dubai Land Department broker registry.
